FIS.ru prohibits the following types of advertising:

1. Goods the production and sale of which are prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation.

In particular, it is prohibited to:

1) purchase or sale of official documents and state decisions (Article 324 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation);

2) Forgery, production or sale of forged documents, stamps, seals, letterheads (Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation);

3) production, distribution, sale or other use of goods that lead to infringement of exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity or individualization (Article 1225 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

4) Advertising of goods and services requiring certification/license without the necessary certificate/license. Goods may not be advertised without such a certificate or license (Article 7 of the Federal Law on Advertising). Before the start of advertising, a copy of the certificate or license must be provided to the placement service (Article 13 of the Federal Law on Advertising).

2. Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, plants containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors, as well as parts containing narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or their precursors; (as amended by Federal Law N87-FZ of 19.05.2010)

3. Explosives and materials, excluding pyrotechnic products;

4. Buying and selling human organs and tissues;

5. Tobacco, tobacco products, tobacco products and smoking accessories, including pipes, hookahs, cigarette papers, lighters (Section 8, Paragraph 7 of the Federal Advertising Act);

6. Medical services for artificial termination of pregnancy (Article 24, paragraph 9, of the Federal Law "On Advertising").
