1. When is the business analysis report updated?

A: The conversion rate analysis report updates data weekly. The "Following Listings" report updates data every 24 hours. eBay supply and demand analysis updates data monthly.

2. Why do some of the categories or listings I sell not appear in the report?

A: Only categories that have reached a certain sales volume will appear in the report. Regarding the listing conversion rate data, the system selects the top 200 listings with relatively prominent issues according to the problem targeted by each module and displays them. For example, in the listing module with high exposure and low views, the system will select up to 200 listings with a conversion rate from exposure to views lower than the average of the category from the listings with exposure higher than the average of the category, and sort them by their conversion rate.

3. What should I do if the listing I want to know about does not appear in the conversion rate analysis report?

A: Please use the "Follow Listings" function. This function can currently follow up to 10 listings at the same time, and the data is refreshed every 24 hours. You can adjust the listings you want to follow or unfollow at any time.

4. Can I export the report for further study?

A: All data in this report can be downloaded in CSV format via "Data Export". Please keep your data safe.

5. How to understand some data displayed with star ratings?

A: To make this report easier to understand, this report has processed the display of some data. Under the selected category, you can simply judge the relative quality of each data from high to low according to the star rating. Please note that the downloaded data uses 1-5 to represent the corresponding 5 levels.
