ICTI audit requirements for posting labels list

1. This Code must be posted in the native language or available to all employees (printed and posted)

2. Legal working hours and factory-mandated working hours should be posted or accessible to all employees

3. Factory policies or procedures regarding wages and benefits in the national language should be posted or available to all employees.

4. The factory should have a written policy or procedure document on discrimination in the local language and post it publicly.

5. It is recommended to post emergency telephone numbers for use in case of emergency

6. Post smoking area signs in smoking areas and no smoking signs in dangerous places (homemade or purchased)

7. Emergency telephone numbers should be identified and posted in the emergency plan

20. The location of emergency eyewash equipment and shower equipment should be clearly marked (homemade)

21. Storage tanks, processing pipelines, hazardous material pipelines, and chemical flow valves should all be labeled or color-coded (substance name). 31. The factory should have a set of dormitory management rules for employees and visitors to follow, which should be published in the local language and publicly displayed.

32. If there is no emergency rescue facility within 15 minutes, the location, distance and actual time required to reach the nearest rescue facility should be clearly stated, and all data should be posted publicly (self-made)

33. First aid stations should be labeled with first aid station signs (self-made or purchased). Factories should separate medical waste from other wastes, which can be done by marking them by category. Needles should be disposed of by placing them in a container with a label indicating "contains sharps" (self-made)
