In 2013, BSCI-B5 Child Labor/Underage Labor and B6 Forced Labor/Disciplinary Measures/Prison Labor added zero points:

a. Company security (armed or unarmed) does not restrict workers’ freedom
b. Whether the company allows workers to leave the company freely outside of working hours
c. The company withheld some of the employees’ wages, benefits, property, documents or other illegal collateral to force the workers to stay in the factory
d. Whether workers can terminate their employment contracts freely without the need for approval in the contract or in accordance with legal provisions.
e. Does the company not encourage or tolerate the use of physical punishment, mental or actual coercion, or verbal abuse?
f. Whether the company does not illegally employ child labor
g. Whether the company uses prison labor (referring to work based on national laws, ILO Agreement Articles 29 and 105, labor laws on prison labor or similar
h. Whether workers are working without being subjected to unlawful penalties or other unlawful sanctions
i. Does the company maintain and register the age and date of birth of workers under 18 years of age (for workers in prison conditions)
