Newly added zero-point BSCI-B3 working hours and B4 remuneration in 2013:

1. Whether the salary includes any illegal or unreasonable deductions.
2. Workers’ wages (including piece-rate workers) must at least meet the local minimum wage standard or industry standard.
3. Whether working hours comply with local laws and industry standards regarding daily working hours and vacation requirements, and must not exceed 48 hours per week.
4. Whether overtime is voluntary, paid in accordance with legal requirements, and does not exceed 12 hours per week.
5. The benefits of workers (including piece-rate workers) must at least meet the local minimum wage standard or industry standard.
6. Can employees have an extra day off after working 6 consecutive days? Unless it is permitted by national law and after collective consultation.
7. Whether overtime pay is paid in accordance with local regulations, customer or collective bargaining agreements.
