The factory must submit an "Improvement Plan" to Quiksilver within two weeks after receiving the report. This plan should describe the relevant improvement measures in detail. Quiksilver may send UL-RS to the factory for another assessment within six months to confirm whether all the problems found in the first assessment have been resolved.
