Results of Quiksilver factory audit assessment

The results of Quiksilver factory inspection are divided into: 1. FAIL (fail) level: The factory must submit an "Improvement Plan " to Quiksilver within seven days after receiving the report. This plan should describe the relevant improvement measures in detail. UL-RS will re-evaluate the factory within sixty days to ensure that the factory has resolved all the problems found in the evaluation. Quiksilver will not place orders with factories that fail to pass the evaluation. 2. PASS/NEEDS IMPROVEMENT (pass/still need improvement) level: The factory must complete the relevant improvements within two months. The factory must submit an "Improvement Plan" to Quiksilver within two weeks after receiving the report. This plan should describe the relevant improvement measures in detail. Quiksilver may send UL-RS to the factory for another assessment within six months to confirm whether all the problems found in the first assessment have been resolved.
