1 SATISFACTORY

Satisfactory level: the factory inspection results at this level are basically in line with the customer's code of conduct. After reaching this level, the factory will be inspected once a year.

2 NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

Need to improve level, this level is the factory has some problems, but not particularly serious problems, the factory must correct them within a limited time

3 Needs Major Improvement

The level that needs to be improved is too far from the customer's code of conduct. Basically, it does not meet the requirements. The factory needs to pay special attention to it and must complete the correction within a limited time.

4 SHOWSTOPPER*

Zero tolerance level: NORDSTROM requires that the inspection results of this level must be reported to NORDSTROM's social responsibility department within 24 hours after the inspection. The problems are already very serious, almost to the point that customers cannot tolerate them, such as false information in employee files. If this level is reached, the factory needs to take immediate remedial action and will be re-inspected after 30 days.
