The Home Depot Factory Inspection and Assessment Process

The Home Depot Factory Inspection and Assessment Process
The Home Depot factory inspection and evaluation process In principle, orders can only be confirmed after the Home Depot factory inspection is passed. The first inspection fee is paid by Home Depot. The Home Depot factory inspection is divided into three parts:

1. Quality system
1. Home Depot asks a notary public to conduct a QS quality system review of the factory. Generally, ITS and SGS are invited to do so. The notary public will directly schedule an inspection with the factory.
2. The notary office arranges for at least 2 people to assess the quality system for each factory, that is, 2 people will assess the factory for 1 day, or 1 person will assess the factory for 2 days.
3. The quality system assessment will be accompanied by an anti-terrorism assessment.
4. The assessment content includes: checking the control of on-site production processes; checking the factory's quality system documents and related records; anti-terrorism investigation: reviewing relevant procedure documents and records.
