1.0 Purpose:
In order to improve the sanitation of the company and create a good living environment for all employees. 2.0 Scope:
Applicable to all activities and production areas of the company. 3.0 Content
3.1 Division of sanitation work: The sanitation of the workshop is the responsibility of each team of the department, and the supervisor is the director of each department; the cleaners are responsible for cleaning the stairs, green forests, and yards, clearing the garbage in the office building, and cleaning the office space (desks, glass, office supplies) in the office building. The sanitation of the restaurant is the responsibility of the logistics staff, and the supervisor is the factory office staff. 3.2 The administrative personnel department is responsible for carrying out health education according to the "Annual Safety and Health Training Plan". Provide pre-job training and education for new workers.
3.3 Workshop sanitation (workshop office, each team sanitation), clean floor, no garbage, clean windows, no cobwebs, smooth passages, do a good job of relevant 5S work, products should be separated into defective products, finished products, semi-finished products, etc., and placed neatly, clean the machine regularly to ensure the cleanliness of the machine, put the tools back into the toolbox after get off work every day, and it is strictly forbidden to throw them around. 3.4 Sanitation outside the workshop (toilet, stairs, yard, administrative office, public corridor), clean, no cobwebs, no dust accumulation in dead corners, no debris in the corridor, no spit, no cigarette butts, lamps, electrical appliances, desks are clean, toilets have no odor, no weeds in the green forest, no exposed loess. No random stacking, random construction, no exposed garbage in the forest, no waste, motor vehicles and bicycles are parked according to the line, neat and orderly. 3.5 Restaurant sanitation: clean floor, no dust accumulation in dead corners, no flies, no rats and rat traces, no cockroaches and cockroach traces, no mosquitoes and flies breeding, doors and windows are intact. 3.6 Other hygiene: Items in staff dormitories and cadre dormitories should be placed neatly and orderly, the indoor floor and windows should be clean, and there should be no random stacking or dumping of household garbage outdoors. All employees should respect the fruits of others' labor, and not dump rice, vegetables, or tea dregs randomly to prevent pipes from being blocked and dirt from flowing out. 3.7 The factory office will conduct random hygiene inspections at irregular intervals every week. 4.0 Related documents: "Hygiene Inspection Score Sheet"

4. Motor vehicles and bicycles should be parked in a neat and orderly manner according to the lines;

5. Do a good job of preventing insects and rodents. There should be no flies, rats, cockroaches, rat traces or cockroach traces indoors.

Environmental sanitation, dormitory

1. The sanitary area is clean and free of dirt, weeds, leaves, plastic bags and other garbage;

2. Place trash cans at key locations and keep the surface of the trash cans clean;

3. There shall be no weeds, no exposed loess, no exposed garbage, and no waste in the greening forest;

The maximum deduction for each item is the total score of the single item. 60 points or more are qualified, 80 points or more are good, and 95 points or more are excellent.
